Mary first captured the spotlight as a teenage toy tycoon, becoming the youngest officer of a major U.S. company at just 14 years old. She played a pivotal role in developing the iconic Balzac Balloon Ball. Her remarkable journey has been chronicled across numerous media platforms, including The Today Show, Dateline, Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous, CNN Moneyline, and Telemundo, earning her features in countless newspapers and magazines.
Mary's accomplishments extend beyond business; she was honored with an invitation to the White House and served as youth co-chair alongside Barbara Bush for the March of Dimes. She made history as the youngest inductee into the Hispanic American Hall of Fame and has shared her insights at franchise groups and industry events worldwide.
Mary dedicates herself to community service as a board member of a hospital and a college. She is passionate about guiding students toward fulfilling careers, inspired by her own journey.
Mr. Guerrera is an accomplished executive with over 35 years’ experience as a Mechanical Engineer who is a Lean 6 Sigma Manufacturing expert that has successfully led multiple teams through new Product Launch and is known as the "King of Manufacturing".
Mr. Guerrera has enjoyed National Media exposure recently featured on the Shark Tank Season 12 Finale. He is the host of a weekly podcast "Shark Tank Effect" and is the Vice President of the United Inventors Association. He has been featured on Good Morning America, Shark Tank and pulled off a LIVE successful marriage proposal on the set of Good Morning America. He was the Emcee of the Shark Tank panel for the MAKE48 competition hosted by the Smithsonian Lemelson Center in Washington DC and his "Made in America" manufacturing plant is Walmart Certified with his products displayed alongside such household name products as Scrub Daddy®, Squatty Potty®, Paint Brush Cover®, Bug Bite Thing® and Drop Stop®, all products that have achieved mass distribution & sales after their appearance on the reality TV series “Shark Tank”.
Mr. Guerrera was instrumental in the USA BMW start-up success where he managed the interior group for the BMW Z3 and X5. He was awarded the JD Powers and Associates best in class Quality Award from BMW. He was responsible for the Greenville Operation generating over 180 million in revenue using World Class Just-In-Time Lean techniques. Mr. Guerrera was an integral part of the 1/8 turn fuel system design for Ford Motor Company and is listed on the patent as the Chief Design Engineer. He spent three years developing the on-board fuel vapor recovery system for the Ford Taurus vehicle that was the first in its class to have such a sophisticated fuel system revolutionizing the industry. Mr. Guerrera holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of New Hampshire in Mechanical Engineering and is a Lean 6 Sigma Master Black Belt. He is certified in the Toyota Production System and the BMW VDA Production System. He served as the Executive Supplier Counsel for BMW, Ford Motor Company and Toyota Motor Company

Kelley Higney is a visionary leader and entrepreneur with a proven track record of success in the consumer products industry.
As the Founder & CEO of Bug Bite Thing, she has transformed the company into a multi-million-dollar business. Her leadership has propelled Bug Bite Thing into a leading brand in the first aid and insect bite relief sectors, with widespread recognition and numerous awards for her entrepreneurial spirit and innovation.
Early career roles, including a licensed preschool teacher in California and a claims adjuster at GEICO, provided a diverse skill set, blending patience, nurturing, and a keen analytical ability to assess situations and resolve issues, which later influenced leadership styles and approaches to business challenges.
